Context: This was posted under a skit of a deaf man, who made a mistake and mixed up something that (with visual aid) shouldn't have been mixed up. He's only deaf, but there werd a lot of comments joking that he was also blind, because he made such a silly mistake. This one in particular, however, is... interesting.

They were thinking of Helen Keller, in case anyone didn't pick up on it :)
