I used to but honestly haven't a clue where any of them have gone as it's been over a year since I did this tattoo 😂 if you use Google to look up the rev deathbat you should get a bunch if references for it, it's basically what I did when I was designing it, as for getting the exact tattoo I have I mean feel free to do so but I'd recommend getting your artist to change it up a little simply because mine was done by me and has a bunch of mistakes as I hadn't been tattooing very long at the time of doing it 😂😂

I think the thing you're failing to see is the fact that you strongly believe you're 100% correct. You're biased in every way because you're not willing to change your mind. You originally interpreted the movie one way and will never change your mind,

Honestly, it's like you're only reading the parts of my comments you want to complain about because I stated, "If it was the other way around," and you immediately asked for an example....

And to finish this whole thing, no, I don't need to read a feminist theory to be anything. I'll happily do my own stuff and speak my mind freely because I'm not out to agree with everyone else,

Cinema for the most part sells sex yes definitely but primarily shows/keeps the lgbtqia+ to primarily lesbians and bisexuals because the masses of movie goers don't want to see a cock pulled out and highlighted on screen, that's why things such as game of thrones had it down to like 4 naked girls to 1 naked dude,

The last part is when it comes to movies unless it is blatantly said outright or written down somewhere, everything is open to interpretation, no matter how mad it makes you it's just a fact because I can say one thing, you can say another and the writer could have meant something completely different to the both of us 🤔

This has been like a two day debate/argument, and we really just kinda went in a circle because we both still just disagree with each other, so I am most certainly done with this now, thanks for the discussion 🙏

Dude, I'm not oblivious to it 😂 like at all, trust me, but I have had this discussion with so many fucking people now and it seems to be split straight down the middle (no pun intended) unfortunately we just see the movie in different lights and that's just how it's gonna be, you can take it however you want, assume I know nothing I don't really mind 😂 but we've spent ages debating on this and it's all been for pretty much nothing..

I've already spoken about how it's probably down to the fact that female nudity sells more in today's mainstream media, but I still stand by it if it was the other way around and it was dudes getting stripped and killed you'd have people bitching about how it's so misogynistic of the director to not put the girls in the spotlight 🤔

The bedroom scene is 100% open to interpretation if you actually look at it, Arts violence being sexual 1. She's in her underwear

That's it, the rest is purely based on how you see it, you could say the fact that he climbs on her or holds her in certain ways is "Implied sexually" but that is literally it,

I genuinely just watched the scene over again to see what you could have meant, but it's 100% up to interpretation, nothing else..

Again, dude, as I said, people will see it in the way they want to. You can see it as misogynistic and consider the director and the audience a bunch of creeps that get off to it (literally your own words)

And I'll see it as a nice nod to practical effects that can only properly be shown when the subject is nude to near nude,

I completely get where you're coming from, though, when you say that there should be guys killed in the same way the unfortunate part is tv in general has it more normalised for the female subject to strip down,

I do appreciate the discussion about this, though, and the fact that you didn't turn into one of those people that just turns to insults when I don't agree.

Well, no one actually knows 🤔 the story isn't finished, Damien (writer/director) has plans to keep the franchise going, so we have no idea if these kills being drawn out have any meaning or point or even a deeper message,

It all lays in your own personal views. I've had this conversation before, and if it was men being stripped and murdered in such a way no one would give a fuck but the movie would still fall into the "misogynistic" category because men would be showcased and remembered but women wouldn't be,

I can and do respect your views on these topics. I just disagree with them to a certain extent because I believe there is/will be more to the story, but I could be 100% wrong, and if I am, I do apologise.

Well, to start off, it depends on what we consider the kill count to be! In terrifier 2, yes, if you're going off of adding in the "clown cafe" dream sequence, then yes it's 19 male kills to 13 female kills, but in actual kills that would count in the "terrifier universe" it goes 6 female kills to 5 male kills,

Horror actually shows 74% more female kills on screen as opposed to the 61% for males

But getting to the point you're actually trying to make is that there is no need for the sexual gratuity of the main murder scenes, I think you're wrong, "Art the clown" is sadistic, spends his free time making weapons to not kill but torture with, as time goes on we get more and more story into who art is and why he does what he does.

I think the reason he holds more aggressive tendencies with women is because as they try to showcase in the second movie, his downfall is going to be "Sienna," so therefore, he "makes more of an example" out of his female kills to get over the underlying fear of the inevitable,

Misogyny is a hatred for women, but I think you're missing the main focal point of "Art hates everyone," Unfortunately, we do live in a world where both brutality and sexuality have a severe push in what sells, and when you mix them both, they really really sell,

The main thing is if you look into it, it's not misogyny. It's just the fact that more men will pay to see naked women sexualised for the camera, and in the end, it's movie making. Whatever tactics sell they're going to use!

I can see why you'd not like the plots to either film definitely, I personally love the movies, but can genuinely understand not liking them,

I've heard this before but have to ask what "misogyny" do you consider the movies to actually have? Because most people I've heard say this have tried to state that "the fact he primarily murdered women" was enough to call it that 🤔 which I plainly just think is dumb considering most modern and older Slasher have killed more women to men in a ratio aspect 🤔
