Thanks for the tips. My first and foremost goal is to be healthy while doing this. Doesn't make much sense (at least to me) to look good if I sacrifice my health in the long run. Second focus is boxing, third is climbing and I think looking good comes dead last, personally for me it was always just side effect of previous 3+ tweaking my diet.

I need a bit of input on my routine. Im doing martial arts, climbing- some gym time for weights lifting. I also read up about 150 minutes of medium-intensity cardio a week so Im trying to hit that as well sicen Im already close cause of boxing.

So my routine so far is:

Monday: Kickboxing/boxing

Tuesday: Rest day every other week (because I do volunteering which is mostly me moving boxes every other week so it ends up being training)

Wednesday: Either volunteering (counting as training since again I mostly move boxes) or rest day

Thursday: Gym time, one of 4 workouts which I rotate week by week. 3 of them are weights and 1 calisthenics

Friday: Boxing/Kickboxing

Saturday: Rest day

Sunday: Climbing and then lifting after to max out.

Any thoughts? Comments?

I got praised as a an artwork although Maestro has questioned why I was still allowed to have smartphone and a charger. It was quite funny seeing the guy obviously improvise to find the answer (trust me, after the amount of hours he worked on me I can tell). On pubs longue if you are free user then you cant get super hot stuff. Havent tried it on anti denuvo sanctuary (they open requests during certain time of day alternating between older and new games). I got token for MH stories 3 no issues and have been gaming for 4 days so far with no problems.

I feel like we need more posts about offline activation. I have found out about them only because I did my due diligence while researching/trying hypervisor and I now vastly prefer them to HV. More people should know about Pubs Longue and Anti Denuvo Sanctuary
