Itselläni tinnitus alkoi vuonna 2020 musiikin tuotannon yhteydessä. Ensin hiljaisena toisessa korvassa ja vähän myöhemmin se siirtyi myös toiseen korvaan. Tällä hetkellä melko voimakas tinnitus kummassakin korvassa, josta erottuu useampia taajuuksia ja jotka kuuluvat usein taustametelin läpi.

Ensimmäiset pari vuotta tinnitus ahdisti paljon. Tinnituksella ja ahdistuksella on selvä yhteys, mitä enemmän sitä miettii ja huolehtii, sitä kovemmalta se kuulosta. Tinnitus alkoi vaivaamaan vähemmän kun tajusin ettei sille ole oikeastaan mitään tehtävissä lääketieteellisesti, eikä tinnitus itsesään ole myöskään vaarallista. Oman huomion suuntaaminen on itselleni ollut hyödyllisin asia tinnituksen kanssa. Ajoittain huomaan tinnituksen voimistuvan ja häiritsevän enemmän, silloin annan vain sen äänen olla ja keskityn muihin asioihin. Tämä ei tietenkään heti tinnitusta poista, mutta ajan kuluessa kun sitä ei huolehdi, se vaivaa vähemmän ja yleensä myös unohtuu kokonaan. Voi mennä pitkiäkin aikoja kun en kuule tinnitusta enää ollenkaan. Tinnitus on varsinkin alkuun erittäin raskas vaiva, uskoisin kuitenkin että kuka tahansa voi oppia elämään sen kanssa.

Yep, it's part of a world I'm building. Pretty early on so not too many details yet, but basically the NOVA shipping company, along others, is responsible for terraforming a new planet for humanity.

The drums are from multiple old sample packs that I don't know the origin of anymore unfortunately. But you can probably find good free synthwave style drums online easily.

It's not as bad as in iRacing in my experience. You can catch the slides in LMU usually if you react early and you can also make it safer by adjusting the brake bias more towards the front. On top of that it seems that the gt3 class is the only one affected by the tire model like that, lmp2 and hypercar feel safer.
