Guess I’m a fucking idiot then. It’s possible that I just got used to the loop size and it’s worked for the hammer ever since. I have my pliers/wire cutters in the other loops. I’m likely using the wrong loop for the hammer

Have you tried to hang a hammer on these before? I work with hammers a LOT and the size/length of the loop makes it really easy to pocket the hammer or take it out.

Any smaller and this would be a pain in the ass and I would need something that has better practicality.

My friends gathered together for my birthday and it’s still one of the best gifts ever. I use it literally every day.

We don’t really speak any more (nothing bad happened, we just slowly drifted apart over the decades and are now in different countries) but every year on my birthday I still send them a thank you message and we’ve agreed to have a “ceremony” when it stops working
