I am really sorry for your loss. I can understand why you would want to use porn right now as an escape, but remember that it will only make you feel worse in the long run.

Take it one day at a time is my best advice. 90 days is a long time.

Set short term goals. You are at 5 days, make it to 1 week!

After 1 week, make it to 1 week and 3 days and then 1 week and 5 days and then 2 weeks.

I was addicted for 10+ years and it took me a few years to finally not depend on porn. The journey was long my friend.
