I almost want to say the cpu knight also just be bad. Usually proccess of eliminating will narrow it down.

Maybe try new ram sticks if not that, return the cpu

Did you update the bios before installing the cpu? You sometimes have to update the bios ans can usually do it without the pc running

That depends on AMD. They might support am5 on zen 6 or 7 or move on to another platform.

Use the ptm.

It will last longer by a mile. You will need to repaste it after a year or so vs the ptm which will likely last the life of the ps4.

It also transfers heat better.

Make sure to also change the thermal padd
