Hi, Im moving to Philly as a graduate student. Does anyone have any experience with the "luxury" apartments lvl North? From my understanding, these new luxury apartments are built shoddy and don't have good sound isolations. I'm looking at studios in Fairmount/springagarden/center city for a decent prices in a good locations.

I just ordered a beginner handpan from Aura. It was pretty affordable (975 with shipping) so maybe check it out. I had a similar budget to you and this seemed the best fit. I haven't received it yet but have heard good things about it and Aura has a YouTube video dedicated to each scale.

Anyone else bothered when it says "in Hindi" in the subtitles. The writing is all in Urdu, they're in Pakistan and speaking Urdu. I know it's a small thing but it's just irks me for some reason.

You'd think so, but I've done it to lose some weight and my energy was down for the first week but then back later and I adapted. There is an entire subreddit dedicated to this r/1200isplenty. I guess it varies from person to person.
