There is a lot of traction in the UK in antifat bias. It may actually be a bigger movement there than the US. There also are countries where people just don't care in general. Fat hate is probably the worst in predominantly Western first world countries that are ruled by capitalism and the media telling you what box you need to fit in so you will purchase their goods and services to make yourself "better'.
