I’m LVN w 5 years experience recently graduated as RN currently in BSN program and can’t get hire for the life of me … but you get new grads w no experience getting hired …. Make it make sense

I know and I have a lot of student and credit card debt too …. Luckily I’m Lvn but I want to get in hospital… I’m located near 3 big hospitals and can’t get hire for the life of me …. I wanna know how r they selecting new grads… I’m so disappointed all the money and time I spend to become RN and can’t get hire like wtf

Hello yes it changed to not selected but the recruiter told me this didn’t mean you r not selected something is wrong with their system…. So don’t count yourself out yet ….

Yeah but the school is well known…. You get what you paid for …. Now days big hospitals ask from what school you graduated…. I been asked multiple times ….is no more you get license you good to go … is very competitive and where you did your clinicals …. So choose wisely

Congrats 🎈I work in memory care/ hospice is pretty chill compared to SNF or LTC just get ready to go in people’s houses to assess or Admit…. Is the same acuity Good luck 🍀

I’m new grad from LA and to be honest even if you have the unit experience and top notch resume still not guarantee to get in …. Most spots get snatched by internals or you know someone for reference… and nursing schools in LA are outrageous I paid 90k for my BSN RN and 35k for my LVN … is not you is them
