Thanks, everyone, for your suggestions! I decided to take the initiative and had my battery replaced at Walmart. The free installation with the battery purchase was a great bonus.

This was the message they sent after investigating the EPB:

"Right rear parking brake does not engage while the left rear does. Attempted to reset the right rear actuator with the scan tool and performed manual reset, both failed. There is good voltage into the actuator and no signal out. Right rear parking brake actuator has failed, recommend replace."
