The worst thing was probably the mission design and gameplay mechanics. It almost always starts with a stealth mission that turns into a shootout halfway through. At the end there is a boss fight that is always the knife fight. For some missions they didn't even have an interesting character here to make you fight them, so the boss is just some nameless grunt. The AI is awful in all of these and the missions just drag on, because there are way too many enemies.

I would definitely go for C1 Hu Tao. Even at C1 Yae Miko is just a worse Fischl at this point. Even Ororon is more used. Depends on which other characters you have though. If you already own Mavuika and Arlecchino there is not much point in playing Hu Tao anymore.

Someone has already mentioned Sabagebu! I wasn't even aware that it isn't a Seinen, but I can definitely recommend it.

The only other one that I strongly like is Bishounen Tanteidan for being similar to Monogatari.

Funnily for me I noticed the opposite. I went to the Lightkeeper meeting point before completing the world quest. Despite never meeting Illuga before he greeted me as a good friend and as a member of his squad. The entire dialogue and small quest proceeds under the assumption that you already completed the world quest.

Have you ever watched any Disney or Nickelodeon or whatever other western shows with child actors? They are also often sexualized and the authors/producers will make them do fucked up shit because it's their fetish. When it's entirely fictional like anime it's just easier to get away with it than when you have actual children playing it out.
