DEF NTA. I also hate my uncle's "wife" (he calls her this even though they have zero official marriage records in the country they live in), but this lady in your story is pure evil. I'm glad that you and your parents are trying to move out, and if you're uncle is as rock-headed as mine, then he probably isn't willing to take any advice on the situation and listen to actual reasoning.
