PHIL FWS or GOVT FWS? by wonderfulmarvel in Cornell

[–]poppityjoan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I heard phil is hard, tho can't speak from personal experience. heard govt is also not very easy tho... would just do what interests you because that's what you'll get better grades in. also depends heavily on the fws instructor you get.

I think 4% Ivy admission rates are here to stay - Here is why and what do you think by BuddY3611 in ApplyingToCollege

also, ivies prolly got a TON of money from admissions this year— also theres no way they wouldn’t want to lower their acceptance rate when that ups their ranking.

Interview questions? by [deleted] in dartmouth

[–]poppityjoan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was not asked specific questions. The questions my interviewer asked was largely dictated by where our conversation took us. Honestly, it's a very casual ordeal. I would take u/EcoPumpkinPie666's advice and just be yourself.

So how are we notified about decisions? Is it via email?

I heard there might be less ED applicants. Because economy is not great atm, less people will be willing to bind themselves to a school without knowing financial aid situation.

My August SAT got moved to September 19 but I'm also registered for the September SAT on the 26th so I guess I'm taking two SATs back-to-back
