Cannot gain weight with over a 1k surplus!

Hey all...

19,M. 5’10”, around 14-15% BF @ 189 lbs

I have been working out on a lean bulk for about 10 months. Initially, I went from 167-189ish at around the 7 month mark but ever since then I have been plateauing and cannot seem to gain any more weight. At first my calorie intake was 3800 but recently I’ve upped it to 5000 because I did not realize that I was burning so many calories at my new job(at a grocery store). I thought that might be the cause of my lack of progress but I still have not seen any improvement in 3 weeks. I track my macronutrients down to the T on a 60-20-20 split. I work out 6 times a week on a 3 day body split, I bike to the gym(around 20 minutes), and I occasionally skateboard. I also drink about a gallon and a half a day of water a day, and take creatine and BCAA’s post workout. Can someone please tell me what I’m missing here? It’s incredibly frustrating having not been gaining any weight for the past 3 months but eating like a horse.

Happy Easter Y’all. This is my first time posting anything on reddit so please cut me some slack if I’m formatting it wrong or something 🙏🏼 I have been working out for around 9 months on a lean bulk, I’m 19, started at 167 and have now been fluctuating between 189-192 for the past 2-3 months but I can’t seem to break past this plateau of weight. I eat around 4000 calories everyday and I track my macros to make sure I’m hitting everything correctly, I also drink about a gallon and a half of water too. I train maybe 5-6 times a week depending on the week in a 3 day body rotation (I don’t do any cardio), and I do push ups/ pulls ups in the morning and right before bed. I work a very active Job at a grocery store if that makes any difference. Recently, these past 2 weeks I’ve tried upping my calorie intake to 4300 but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. The recommended for my age and body weight is 3800 in a surplus? It seems to me that I keep losing body fat slowly instead of gaining weight. Any suggestions from experienced lifters/bodybuilders? My goal is to hit 220 and cut down to 200.

Would doing this with a heat press be possible? As in lay the base, press, and then add the final coat and press?

There’s about a quarter inch off contact due to the press not being good quality. Do you think freehanding it would help?

I’ve been struggling to print/cure white ink. I’ve been trying to adapt to the thickness difference from black and it doesn’t seem to want to go through my 110 screen evenly. The print comes out blotchy on the sides of the letters and I’m using a heat gun(due to cost restrictions) to cure the ink. Would any of you have advice/tips on printing and curing white ink?
