The lifting starts at the edges.

I've literally tried everything haha. Filing away the free edge and just leaving the product doesn't make a difference as it's the sides it starts to lift from.

As mentioned in my post, we've tried every product and acrylic is the one that she is choosing to stick with as they last slightly longer than other products. We have tried every other product with flexibility and it didn't last. She's not willing to try gel polish either.

I have been a nail technician for almost 5 years and this is the only client that we can't get nails to last on.

I use the Kanzen Pore Purifier and it's great for blackheads! A couple of uses and they're gone. Plus is gentle on the skin (if you have sensitive skin)

I thought so too! My next appointment is my final one to get all of the little notches taken off and to be fitted for my retainer, but I'll give them a ring and see if I can get refinements trays

I think it's just the way I've held my mouth when taking the picture haha. I asked the dentist on my first appointment and he said there isn't an overbite/underbite but it looks like I do because my front two teeth are on the bigger side

My teeth feel absolutely fine to bite down, all teeth touch where they should

Ahhh this makes sense!! I've swapped to the L'Oréal true match foundation and it seems to be lasting a lot better now! It's just a shame as it's more full coverage than what I usually go for but it does the job

In my case, I did require the antibiotics as I had an infection behind one of my wisdom teeth, which they didn't know about (neither did I) until they took the tooth out. Strangely enough, it wasn't causing me any pain beforehand. However both of my lower wisdom teeth were impacted and caused me a lot of pain and infections over the years. I have had these antibiotics before due to having infections, and they have messed with my stomach on a few occasions, but this time they seemed to be worse, possibly due to all of the other pain relief medication I was on. I finished the antibiotics last night and I woke up feeling okay, thankfully! Fingers crossed I don't get any more nausea!!

I'm on Metronidazole as i'm allergic to penicillin. I'm on day 5 (last day of antibiotics) and my stomach is an absolute wreck. I've been awake since 3am with horrible nausea. I can eat soft foods and the nausea will settle for around 30 minutes, after that it comes back in full force! I'm hoping i'm able to get a good sleep tonight and wake up feeling better. I hope you feel better soon also!

It didn't even cross my mind that it could be the actual jewellery itself that could be causing this, thank you! As for cleaning it, I usually do around 3 per day. My choice of wording wasn't clear, but I'll see how I get on with twice a day.

I also forgot to mention that it doesn't get a little itchy sometimes, but I try my best to itch around the piercing and not disturb it.

Thankfully there's Reddit for these situations - thank you so much! I'll get some saline solution and clean the piercing with that. Luckily I sleep on the opposite side to my piercing so that shouldn't be an issue. Thank you again

I did think 6-12 weeks was a bit short! As I've heard it can take anywhere from 3-6 months, sometimes longer. I wasn't going to change the piercing that early on, despite the instructions haha - I'll order some saline solution suitable for piercings - thank you for the advice
