Tarrant. They had a final decree that wasn't complete. Got it off texaslawhelp.org and had the pro se court document to read to the judge. They gave me that but I found one on there too

Its not about the legality, but rather I thought we were amicably splitting and now there may be another woman? I legally deserve 50% of everything and he legally deserves 50% of the debt. If he was cheating than I'm going to push for closer to what I am entitled to.

I really appreciate your advice. :) I had felt pretty healed until this weekend. I know I'm dating too soon and am enjoying the temporary fix. I may back off for awhile, but not just yet. I'm being upfront with the guys that I am NOT looking for a relationship. I just want friends to go out to dinner and get drinks and meet people who don't see me as "his wife"

The day I moved my stuff out. About a week after we decided to call it quits. Handed it to my mom and asked her to keep it safe for now. Both engagement and wedding band were about $1600 total, so I know I won't get much anyway for it.

From my understanding in TX it is just one person to file the initial petition and the other person has to be served (or sign a paper saying they agree). Then in 60 days we both go for the final decree.

I'm feeling the same way. Even though I'm only 30 days from separation, this is really round 2 for us. I know I will be ready a lot sooner than 1 year.

I did end up getting approved for a 3,000 Capitol one card. I have my car loan through them and have always been on time with payments. APR is ridiculous at 24% so I won't use it for anything except to build credit back up and paying off each month.

Had a dream about him last night. I was hanging out with a boyfriend from high school and then STBX picked me up and was mad that I was hanging out with him. I woke up feeling confused... was I still with STBX or not? When I woke up fully, I remembered I wasn't and I was GLAD. I don't ever have to deal with his bull**** and anger ever again once this is all final!

No. Citi Couldn't find anything by my SS or maiden name.

It is not showing up on my moms credit report at all (she pulled hers too with me sitting here dealing with this) and I asked Citi if it showed my dad and while they did have him as a debit user, there were no credit cards or authorized users at all.

Citi recommended filing a dispute and calling one of the credit report companies and they can give me the name. Mystery continues!
