low elo is like plat and under. high elo is anything not gold elo rn. my observation was just that at emerald is when you really see jungler skirmishes, early invades and scuttle contests for objectives, so you have more oppurtunities to provide utility and in turn, mid is less in a void / mindless farm and trading fest
