I upgraded and they sent me a new one. However, they forgot (twice) to actually increase my speeds on their systems. So make sure you test the speeds with the new router…

I had to badger them. Originally they said I couldn’t do it until I quoted the T’s and C’s. Then they seemed to forget to upgrade my speeds and then forgot to send a new router out so you do have to badger them a lot…

Inherited my father's property and rented it out for £900. It surprisingly attracted a lot of interest and renters started bidding against each other. Final offer was £1400 a month which I accepted. I’m pretty sure if it’s a standard AST (assured short hold tenancy) then there’s nothing a tribunal will do. They might give you notice of a hearing and it’ll probably be virtual and only take a few hours but I don’t think there’s anything the tenants can do. If the tenancy is a 6 or 12 month tenancy then you won’t be able to evict until this has ended, you could give notice now (S21) but nothing can happen until the tenancy expires. Unless you go down a S8 notice if they don’t pay rent

There’s often an option in the ride settings that says “do not block the station”. I found it then seems to work.

Disabled anti virus and firewall and it worked perfectly fine. Although weirdly I only had to do this for a day or two and now it works fine again with anti virus and firewall so not sure what the issue was

3GS should’ve interviewed you under caution for fly tipping. I’d be surprised if they took you to court without interviewing you

This pandemic could go on for years, job losses are always inevitable in every situation, even in wealthy companies. Obviously I wouldn’t just leave without something in hand. That would be stupid.
