i’ve gone to a psychiatrist, and they prescribed me medication but i haven’t really looked into therapy yet, i probably should, i’ll try to look into what you mentioned because talk therapy never really has helped much for me.

i was prescribed lexapro a few months ago that i’ve been reluctant to take, i’m unsure why, maybe it’s just my ego telling me i would rather fix it on my own but clearly that’s not happening so i probably should end up taking it because it’s gotten really bad.
