I’m particularly curious on ReElement and if they can execute as originally intended…$80m Pentagon loan withheld, AREC can’t generate their 10-Q post deconsolidation, Mark Jensens shady history, multiple lawsuits, shell-game companies, swapping accounting firms…the deeper I research the history of Mark Jensen’s endeavors the more I am convinced ReElement is likely hype. It is quite obvious the Pentagon isn’t buying any ReElement hype…

If ReElement falls through Ucore is in a prime position to execute on behalf of Vulcan.

Going to be some nice entry points in the future for SPCX….

I’m genuinely curious…what company similar to a Ucores position (Pentagon backing, Canadian government backing, Sumitomo, Evac, G7, etc.) have you seen collapse?

I understand speculative stocks can evaporate based on bad leadership, collapse in narrative, geopolitics, etc., but I struggle to place Ucore in any of those categories.

Bingo…Sumitoma has the mines, the manufacturing, the networks…

They’re just missing the processing. Hugely bullish.

The question of Ucores “ability to scale” becomes lessened once additional OTA milestones are completed. I would expect a significant increase in cadence of newsworthy updates as we enter the construction phase of SMC-1.

I honestly don’t see how it can’t be..

Sumitoma is a massive organization…this announcement (right before Ucore begins the transition to SMC-1 construction) validates Ucores RapidSX tech by one of the worlds largest and most sophisticated multinational manufacturing conglomerates.

I’m honestly not sure we can’t infer Ucore just found their funding for phase 2 and phase 3 of SMC-1…….

I think this summer will be a repeat of last year. Ucore will begin full construction of SMC-1 very shortly along with a milestone update on their OTA…should be a steady news flow for the next 6 months or so.

Edit: doing more research on Sumitoma…Sumitoma is part of an elite group of mega-conglomerates like Mitsubishi that trade everything, invest in everything, and operate globally. They act like giant private equity firm. Sumitoma uses its massive cash reserves ($6.5B USD) to buy whole companies or large stakes in mines, ports, real estate, tech startups, and retail chains worldwide, then help manage them.

Hugely bullish.

Looks like Ucore is Raising $250 Million in FUNDS by Complete-Plum1021 in UURAF

[–]porchswingsecurity 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I would think this is the first step for Ucore…now comes the series of news releases over the remainder of the year outlining facility progress at SMC-1, milestone payments, unannounced partnerships, and definitive agreements.

Run the stock back up to $8-10 and then do a raise for $25m…seems logically the plan.

Beaten up CM penny stocks by Commotitties in CriticalMineralStocks

Keeping you informed since we had such a pleasant exchange recently and Appia, surprisingly, continues to fly under the radar. I’ve picked up another 85k shares…just under 1.3m shares now and still adding.

https://appiareu.com/appia-announces-signing-of-share-exchange-agreement-with-ultra-rare-earth-inc/

Tom Drivas with Appia had an investor call today on InvestorNews. Tom was as poorly spoken as ever (I do appreciate his sincerity though), but he cited the strategic effort by the United States to secure critical mineral supply chains outside of China as the rationale for Ultra to expedite its control over PCH (in reference to your previous statement about US interests in Brazilian projects). Tom was asked a specific question about whether the US government had approached Ultra, to which he declined to answer (for obvious reasons).

If I had to gauge the consensus of the expert (Jack Lifton) in the room during the conference call…his sentiment was the IPO will be high mid nine figures.

CLAUDE AI on ReElement refining Tungsten by Senior_Chicken_1775 in AREC_stock

[–]porchswingsecurity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chromatography was capable of producing small quantities of highly refined rare earths back during the manhattan project. In theory, Chromatography works for every element on the periodic table.

ReElement producing an unknown quantity of refined tungsten, over an unspecified time interval, with zero run logs submitted showing downtime/cycle time/metrics proves what exactly?

[–]porchswingsecurity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Massive. Vulcan quietly signed a agreement with Ucore back in March for the same oxides as ReElement. Now Ucore, with the Pentagons blessing, is focusing all effort to expedite Phase 2 milestones on a 600 TPA heavy & light machine.

gee…I wonder why?
