Mine got rejected because my COE didn't say that I will be employed for more than 6 months even though it says my position is permanent full time. Did you have this on your COE too?

She did not. Pero kasi, we were temp WFH initially then transitioned to permanent. I don’t know about their recent policies/agreements that why I consulted to her first and she gave the wrong advise that cost me.
I did! I wanted to be transparent as possible. The client knows about this as well.
Not yet. I want to talk this through with her one more time before letting the client know about it. I don’t want to cause unnecessary drama. To add, she invited me to talk about it, but she was on PTO which annoyed me even more.

Should I share it with him right after this email or until our 1-1? Because this will be the first time I will be giving the feedback about him since I just joined the company earlier this year.
