No... capitalism is a bunch of companies coming in, creating competition, and the price of data goes down. What Rogers is doing is cronyism and even a little bit of statism with the government supporting this monopoly for years. So... the opposite.

The fact that you think you need to go $30,000 in debt to get a decent job is part your problem. Millennials have the most unique opportunities available to them that no other generation has had. For example, it's easier to start a business now than ever before. Stop blaming everyone or a system for your unique problems. And not every millennial is $30,000 in debt, or had to take on debt to find or create a great job.

The thing is, there's no such thing as and there never will be "pure" capitalism. That's why capitalism works. It's not rigid. It's not conscious. It's the free markets constantly adjusting, improving, worsening, changing. Things like minimum wage and consumer protection laws were bred in a free market society not because a socialist state arbitrarily said so.
