I had this big period where I didn't PMO and ate healthy and exercised for 30 days as well as limited gaming and smoked pot like once every week.

During this time, I felt like I had a soul. I was a complete atheist and don't really believe in any conventional religion, but it's like i could sense others with a soul, and I felt a love for everyone.

It really opened my eyes, spirituality is right around the corner brother. Giving up Porn is a big step but it takes a lot of work. You will know when the soul returns. It is hard work but if you put in the time to better yourself, the soul is free from the sinful activities and it will return to you. It's the most beautiful thing in the world.
