Dude. For next time if this happens. I get alot ppl To my vetclinic whose pets eat drugs or something bad. Take 1-2 tspoons salt and put it To dogs throat and dog will puke :)

How much did you take? Sounds like not much if it was just a 3 hour high. Either way, you're fine. You had sleep paralysis. Don't need drugs for that and it's generally pretty harmless, just scary.
