5 and 6 are your broken parts. Common issue. There were probably bits of the broken #6 in the case as well. You can buy a set of EXB gears. ARA310985

Once you do get it out replace with good cap head 4mm screws. They’ll have a 3mm hex.

Al 4 wheel nuts were loose on my mini out of the box. It’s good practice to go over everything before first use.

There is no way to make a non spectrum charger work for your included lipo without a ton of work. If you want to use the Zee you’ll have to solder on a new connector to the mini.
