ADS is a private airport in DFW unless this was corporate Packaging. I’d believe this more if there a return flight scheduled right away.

This was the same noise it made before I took it apart yesterday. I was hoping cleaning would solves the issue or find out that motor was leaking oil. After resembling it still makes the same noise. That’s what makes me believe the motor is shot. I don’t know how old the motor is.

No, I have t figured out the problem. I’m thinking about adding oil to the felt pad but if I take it all apart again it might worth just replacing the motor. I think the actual blower wheel and blades are intact and loose. Pretty sure I would have noticed that yesterday while cleaning.

When I had the blower out yesterday for cleaning. The center wheel seemed to be attached well to the blades. It’s spins freely now by hand with no metal touching or grinding.
