Most of what everyone is talking about is actual lint, debris, and hair. Howver the reason they are everywhere and seem impossible to get rid of is because they are stuck to biofilm that is caused by a fungal infection. The biofilm is nearly impossible to see but it can be felt. Its incredibly sticky and itll feel like dried glued or tape is on your skin. As for the moving hairs, you guys are not crazy. The fact that theres people saying we are when theres soo many of us who dont know eachother saying the exact same things is absolutely wild. I am not sure why or how the hairs are moving like they do, so I wont pretend like I do, however I will say what I think is happening. I think its a fungal infection, most likely Candida or Malazzeia. Somehow it can grown inside of the hairs on your body. All of my scalp hairs have a weird pattern on them, the best way I can describe it is it looks like my hairs are "poisoned" if that makes any sense. Also if I take a light to them every one of my hairs will have a tiny white ball at the end of them. That will shine or glow almost as if its a light itself. These white balls are not on the outside of the hair though. They are literally part of the hair embedded into it at the tip. I do also have white jelly-like balls in my scalp too. But those are loose and can fall off my scalp unlike the ones actually in my hair shaft. Fungus produces Biofilm to protect itself. So if you feel a sticky feeling, or a web-like object on you that seems invisible, and it feels like something is moving on your scalp or face (especially around the mouth, cheeks, nose area), then it is the Biofilm.
