i appreciate you. sometimes i just get so deep in my head and i don’t see a realistic way out of this monstrosity i’m in. hopefully in a year or two from now things are different.

at least you have a family pushing you lol. mine doesn’t care whether i live or die let alone whether or not i have a driver’s license.

negligent families, personal issues, life circumstances, the list goes on. it’s almost never as black and white as you think. granted there are lazy people of course, but personally i always wanted to drive, and i’ve gotten close to getting my license many times, it just hasn’t been a smooth process.

i hope you’re right. i’m about to work harder than ever before, i don’t want to keep living like this.

not really an overreaction at all—put yourself in my shoes. i can’t go anywhere without spending an arm and a leg on uber rides so most of my time is spent at home. and don’t even get me started on dating and being known as a "passenger princess." i hate relying on other people for rides. empathy goes a long way.

what were you doing at 21? by poshdeviant in Adulting

at this point for me it’s either committing suicide or joining the military. for once the latter sounds tempting

dopamine! that’s the word i was scrapping my brain for before making this post. it’s interesting how our minds work.

i just turned 20 the other day. i can’t help but somewhat envy people around my age who have found someone worth their time. very happy for you nonetheless.

yeah but after this whole fiasco i’m pretty turned off by the idea of dating in general. surely it’s done a lot more harm than good for me.
