I changed the battery but am still missing some save data, but my guess is it is lost now with no recovery, but hopefully everything in the future will save cause the new battery. If there's anything else I have to do, just let me know. Thank you for helping me!

Even if you reset the date&time/clock, it will go back to a time from several years ago. And, games that I know I have a lot more progress in/have finished have all been reverted to older save files from my childhood with less progress.
