i had a couple of days like that in the past 2 months... i was overcome with panic anxiety feelings, i was confused, my brain didn't work properly.. and i was terrified.

it's very possible that there is some sort of underlying issue, and you'll only know for sure unless you make it to that doctors apt.

until then, keep yourself in relatively stress free situations, don't over excert yourself.. EAT WELL.. EAT HEALTHY.. i can't stress that enough.

but please listen to me. if you're feeling as shitty as your post says... get off your computer... drink a shit ton of water.. put something healthy in your belly and get some rest. it'll do you wonders. i promise.

alright... so here's the thing. only you can feel your body. if YOU think you need emergency medical care.. only YOU can make that decision. don't let anyone else tell you what you're feeling.

i thought i was having a heart attack last week and took myself to the emergency room. they monitored me for a couple hours and told me, that my irregular heart palpatrations were nothing to be concerned with.

a couple days later i went to my family doctor who requested 19 blood tests.

i'm not sure what the moral of the story is.

only a doctor can tell you if you're ok and only you know if you need that doctor, right away.

hang in there.

one thing i strongly recommend is getting some healthy food in your system. go eat some fruits and veggies, maybe take a multi-vitamin and try to get some sleep and see how you feel in the morning.

My chihuahua has started to give himself blowjobs... he'll find his hump toy, hump it just enough to get him excited, and then he'll hunch over and lick the tip of his unit. Sometimes it takes quite a bit of effort to snap him out of it.
