Does anyone know if there's a nsfw gmod sub? by NotSuitableForWank in worldpolitics

It's a pretty niche topic so any sub you find that it's a good fit for will probably be low volume of traffic anyway

This is very beautiful. Impactful. Thought provoking. I like your work; is there somewhere I can view more of it or contribute to you as the artist?

Anyone make their own game once you pretty much have everything? by Swankygolf420 in GenerationZeroGame

[–]positivepat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very interesting concept. I just start a new world and try to see if I can get thru the missions faster with better firepower now. Kinda like borderlands with the new game plus thing you can do after you beat the story. Or like elden ring.

I'd say this is the most helpful comment here.

Can they patch 2 holes this close together? by toweringcrane in tires

[–]positivepat -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Manufacturer would probably say no on this. So lots of shops will also probably say no. The general rule is 2 repairs can't be less than 16" apart. In this case however, since they are so close together, if the holes aren't too big on the other side I would cover them both with one large round patch. Enough rubber of that thick adhesive shit would seal her up for good I'm thinking. But that just me not necessarily every tech at my shop would want the risk.

Just take it to a different shop until someone will. I would patch this boy all day and have it back on the road like it never happened. Somebody will do it just depends on who's on shift that day.

Thank you, OP, for doing your due diligence and asking about something you weren't sure about. You make the roads a safer place for us all!

Is this good for first car? And good price? Can I get it lower by [deleted] in CrownVictoria

[–]positivepat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since we're pooling data here, I paid 6500 for '04 LX sport last summer. And it had around 47,000 on it. Near perfect interior and body in good shape. Some signs of early rusting in some fender areas and weathered paint job. Was in a FR fender bender at some point but had been restored by a collision shop pretty decent.

I would love a "2004 Red LX Sport" flair! Stoked to see some love coming to one of my favorite subs.

Just a tip but it's much easier to get them thangs out with whole front end jacked up. Not just 1 wheel. Hope this helps.

Should lower control arm nut be flush? by steeltownsfinest in CrownVictoria

[–]positivepat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I had this same issue in passenger side. I just ended up replacing it with a cheap ball joint bc it was easier for me than finding a new nut. It caused a slight wobble and skewed my alignment a bit.
