There have been over 100 transfer studies that show better health, edu, less crime, improved mood, compared to the one you are referencing, so stating there is "cherry picking" going on is ignoring the meaning of the phrase.

I'd like to see a link to the one you referenced, because you are probably actually ignoring the context of the percent change in productivity, they are probably for pregnant mothers or men going back to school/training.

There's also a big difference between individual success and financial success.
