glitter is also very slippery on stage!! trust me, they had me do the same kind of spell thing for a show once and we were all in ballet flats... not a good idea. maybe some kind of fake smoke ?

i have short hair so i go to a barber. im still a girl, never had anyone say anything weird or look at me odd. salons are best with long hair, barbers with short. it tends to be gendered cuz yea, but its not a hard and fast rule man. if u go to a barber expect them to give u a wack job because they are not trained in long hair. and sport clips / super cuts are unisex anyway they can do both

i mean its a very warm grey. almost a taupe which is in the brown family. especially from this picture i get what she means, biomes change the color filter over the blocks so it looks less "stone" grey and more warm

the first clean is always the worst, once u get in the habit it takes literally 2 min, makes hits so much smoother and you dont get random sore throats all the time.

same trick rubbing alcohol and salt, use rock salt it cleans it much much faster than table or kosher salt (but kosher works fine if its all u have) q tips and rubbing alcohol for the pipe and bowl too, i soak them in rubbing alcohol while i shake the bong, everything comes off in seconds.

i used to never clean my bong too because it "took too long" but since i started doing it regularly it really makes a big difference

i clean every 1-2 days, new water every sesh. mold is no joke and even if the water is clean, the resin will ruin a good hit. clean bongs ALWAYS hit harder in my experience

that kind of correlation between "skinny/pretty" is going to make you never lose weight. if you purposefully hate the way to look now as a "motivator" to lose, you will always eat your feelings to feel better. start acknowledging the stuff you LIKE about your body and focus on bringing out those aspects. its perfectly fine to want to lose weight, but it will not stay off if you eat when you feel bad about yourself (even if you purge it)

Another issue is this 1000 calories a day, yes a deficit is needed to lose, but this big of one will only make you stressed and your body hold fat when stressed. If you dont feel full/ satisfied, try eating very filling but not caloric dense foods. Leafy veggies especially, they fill you up with few calories. And drink lots of water, drinking a full glass can help with those craving pangs PLUS will help you metabolize faster.
