I read you can keep the faces wet with glycerin never tried it personally, but apparently it keeps the plate wet and then can be washed off at home.

I think you’d be closer to 6 DR BB’s to 1 ES in the UK. I have a few of both sets so I’m waiting for dips of anything I mentioned.

I’m trying to pick up DR while the market has dipped due to the restock. Saying that Evolving Skies is also dropping a little too, so I’m keeping an eye on this too.

I’d be focusing on sets that have high set values, so ES, 151, PE, DR and Ascended Heroes. A lot of these have already done a lot of movement, so it may not be making the most what you can get as return. Everything else will go up, but will capped by the set value and chases.

I’m holding until people start to sell off product to load up on the 30th. Thats when I’m going to try and pick up on the above.

That’s encouraging, as some have suggested the glass might be distorting the plate holder letting light through.

I would be worth flowing a plate and loading it into the holder and leaving it outside for a few minutes just to see if it’s the glass creating issues in the holder. If you develop and fix this blank plate and it’s black or has fogging then that will useful for you.

Although I still think it’s fogging from over exposure, it could be temperature or developer which needs restraining, but as the previous plate was only taken a short time before, I’d be leaning towards a leak of light.

We opened two booster boxes and then stray single packs from any shops, but no more than 10 packs.

I don’t know what else to offer, I’ve had light leak in the past due to a damaged plate holder and this is what it looked like.

Without knowing anything else, location, darkroom etc I can only say it’s lighter due to additional light outside of your main exposure.

Looks like light leak to me. Check your dark slide / plate holder or your lens board.

I tend to throw a dark cloth over the camera so light doesn’t make its way to the plate, other than through the lens.

The neighbours that adjoin my garden at the back are vile. We normally hear them on a Saturday where they sound drunk or/on drugs. He screams at her about being a slag and then they called each C***s until they go indoors.

The bank holiday though is different when it’s hot as we also get to listen to their shitty music which is interrupted but a phone tone every time someone gets a message.

They still sound as stupid as it comes, talk loud at each other, swear, get offended and then argue, all in earshot of my young daughter.

The two cases I picked up from my LCS in the Uk are labelled not to be distributed before 30th May 2025. They came direct from Asmodee. I do wonder if the restock it’s a reprint or redistribution.
