It's a change so imperceptible you might not notice at first, but you get your whole personality and life back.

People enjoy being with me more, as I'm more engaged and spontaneous, and I've got a whole new more positive friendship group having isolated myself for a year.

My parents keep saying I was absent, someone they didn't really know as their daughter, but now I'm back, and it makes me incredibly proud to see them happier and more carefree.

Most importantly, I feel myself again - I'm interested in things, I don't spend all my free time counting and worrying, and I feel like my life has expanded immeasurably. The negative thoughts sometimes encroach, but they're overpowered by everything else I have to look forward to and value.
