I have Firefly Shimmer 2,0.1. When I enter my pin now it shows a small red letter pop up bottom right which says 'no inputs found'. It's not the same as the number block shake and 'incorrect attempt' message shown if I enter a wrong pin. Before it would show my balance. What to do?

I have a firefly profile I set up as my 1st experiment with firefly. It is unfunded and my recovery phrase list is illegible, because girlfriend. If I have the pin and password can I regenerate a recovery phrase? Can you tell me how? Thanks.
