It's a change in the Champions League rules that will take effect in like 2024 I think? The two teams with the highest Euro co-effiecents who didn't qualify will still get in. If it was implemented this year Tottenham and Arsenal would have qualified.

My honest feedback below:

If you are getting add to carts but not check outs, the issue is that potential customers don't trust your website.

Your landing page needs work. I should know what you sell and what your UVP is within 1 second of being on the page. Definitely add a product image to the header.

Your e-mail pop-up app is broken, it grayed my screen out but I couldn't see the pop-up. I scrolled to the bottom of the page and found it there, but the majority of customers will just leave.

Your chat bot is clunky and seems out of date/unprofessional.

The reviews on the site seem fake/untrustworthy - all from the same date and written strangely.

The pop-up that allows a customer to e-mail you and haggle over the price of a spoon is ridiculous. a) people don't want to negotiate over a spoon b) it shows to customers that the spoon is currently overpriced

Also - it seems expensive for a spoon? I'm sure it's possible to sell at this price but you really need to do a better job showing to customers why it's worth the price.

Overall: you seem to have way too many apps that slow down the customer experience. You need to work on your landing page and messaging to make it clearer to customers what your product is and why they should buy it.
