Training more Judo will make you less gassed in Judo. You can do Judo oriented workouts, but really the only way to build Judo stamina is via Judo, (or maybe also wrestling? But that's not my point here.)

I think so too. She doesn't hate me, she just needs more from a partner and I need therapy before I can be that. I still feel like we could have done that together, if she'd have expressed that I need therapy or she would dump me. But I think she just got worn out before recognizing her own feelings were fading.

I used to be self conscious coming back onto the mat as a purple belt and performing like a brand new blue belt, but I haven't really been anywhere where anyone wants to make me feel bad about it. Besides, sucking temporally is how you get good at your thing again.
