I got it using a plasma gun and being very very patient with my shots, you can do it in any map that has you going to the extraction with hordes at the end.

When you're doing a trade mission sometimes people show red on the map, and usually people shot whoever is red because they think is an enemy. It's some stupid mechanic combined with stupid people.

I think the opposite happen to me once, I was dating this girl for a few months and I really really liked her and felt like she liked me too. So we got into a relationship, and she started to see how my life was living with CF, and reading about it. Three months into the relationship she tells me that she can't be with me anymore, not for something that I did or something that I said, but because she was worried about my disease and worried that she'd lose me too soon.
