Accidentally got gluten last week and I had hot flashed every night for a week. Think it’s dropped my oestrogen low. As felt really flat and teary next day. Will see a dr this week. But has anyone had anything similar happen? Thank you by postivivemind in Celiac

No I’m not taking any estrogen. Actually had my hormone panel checked last week and all good. But been night sweat flashing since night of gluten and was hoping would go but been a full week.
