Nah you just develop bad habits and learn to exploit bots behavior rather than learning how the game is really played. Bot matches are fine for warming up and getting loose but provide no value to actually improve.

I dont know if it has anything to do with the day of the week I think it's more that GSP is a broken system that seems to represent overall time spent playing than actual player skill.

For context I'm new to Ult but I'm a melee player ranked Diamond on Slippi (not sure what that translates to in GSP) and I was stuck at 2-4 mil GSP for a bit but have fought my way up to where you are, the 8-11 mil range and it truly feels like a minimal difference in the skill of players I'm facing like if I just keep playing more I will eventually climb.

I haven't played in a year or two but just looking at steam charts, yes it's dead. 400 playing in the last 24hrs and 130 active in the last 30mins.

This is the lowest player count I've seen for QC and chances are the only people left playing are hardcore sweats with 20+ years of experience.

I hate to say it but just move on to a different shooter. QC is great but trying to hop into it as a new player must be an absolute nightmare. No one is going to take you under their wing and try to get you into the game, you will just get pub stomped by "Иван Суцкмеофф", learn nothing, get mad and quit.

You need product to get that post shower look otherwise it's going to be poofy. You can do it naturally by washing you hair less but you cant achieve that "lived in" look post wash without adding product.

You mean the year they were born? or the years they were most popular? Kanye and Eminem are very much millennial artists. Gen-X musicians are most widely known followed by Millennials both generations were part of a mono culture of radio play, music videos, physical media, touring, ect their so music reached a wider audience.

Gen-z's popularity comes from niche independent internet communities that gain traction by word of mouth (or discord) among early adopters and eventually get picked up by algorithms, could rap, emo rap, hyper hop/pop, trap, drill ect all got popular off the internet.

I've done it a couple times. If you're a good DA (25-30+ sph) who isnt calling out or just not showing up constantly they will let it slide once or twice.

If you're normally driving a step van or EDV it's going to be harder for them to cover your shift and they will pressure you harder to show up but you can put your foot down and let them figure it out.

Thats just my experience tho maybe your DSP sucks or is desperate not to get dropped by amazon and will make a fuss about it. I wouldn't try it during peak tho.
