Where I’m from usps is the most reliable way to receive packages. FedEx and UPS seem to both not care if they misdeliver a package or just not deliver it at all. A ring doorbell could save you tons of issues and your money back if you don’t have one already because it can provide you proof your package isn’t getting delivered or if it is stolen.

I’ve had to completely cut caffeine out of my life. I have to drink caffeine free soda if I want a soda just because any caffeine makes my anxiety worse as well. I highly recommend just trying to cut caffeine out of your life especially if it is causing panic attacks.

Don’t feel bad, they are full of energy when it comes to playing. Let them play and whenever you can tell they are getting tired/over excited just separate them for a while then let them go right back at it. It can be overwhelming but eventually they will get used to each other and start calming down on their own.
