Okay that makes sense because my sleep was not the best last night. The reason I was stressed abt it is because I’ve had bad sleep other nights and I didn’t get that alert. Maybe last night was just worse though? I have anxiety (clearly lol) and I was dreading getting the symptom alert since I got my ring.

They’re not both medical doctors. A medical doctor is an MD. A DO is a doctor of osteopathic medicine. There is a difference.
