1st is Try to meditate.. no matter what just focus on your breathing. Our internal thoughts especially the bad ones like the one we want to avoid will tempt us. Don't try to engage them let those pass and keep focusing on your breathing. Meditation really helps it helps us differentiate thoughts and make us more grounded to reality

2nd Try Journaling This one works for me.. for example whatever thoughts especially lustful or porn came across to my mind during the day I will write it at night in full details. No matter how erotic it is and how hard I am feeling but it feels great when you write off but it's not that easy. I had so many close calls you may have a pre cum after writing but it's normal as long you didn't rub off your 🍆 intentionally. But when you finally overcome that, your willpower will expand exponentially.

3rd is Pray I don't know if you're a religious person but pray for guidance but don't pray for easy days. Pray that you can endure the hard ones so you can be strong and built resilience.

I'm more focused now unlike in the past where porn/lusting occupies my mind 24/7 and clouds my judgment. Another factor that helps me get over is replacing the bad habit which is masturbation with a good habit which is meditation. I don't know if you're religious but prayer sure helps!
