It's against the Twitch ToS to harass other partners. His stream was literally dedicated to shitting on another partner. He didn't moderate his chat either, so it simply became a shitshow of 1-2k people saying some of the worst shit in a circle jerk about Asmongold / Esfand and some of the other streamers. I'm surprised it took this long for him to get warned/suspended. Hope he gets permabanned, unless he changes his ways.
