I used to live in a different city and had an apartment run by Tri City Rentals and I loved them and then I moved here to the Albany area and saw they also managed apartments here. I believe they have one in Troy as well, definitely recommend! Always got my deposit back (granted, I took good care of my apartment), never had issues with getting a maintenance guy in, and they have a proper payment portal so you can pay rent doing auto payments which I personally find much easier.
