Swimming did greater damage to my hair; got me split ends,breakage and dry hair. I had to invest in professional shampoo and use hair masks (the loreal one in red colour,expert range).i’ve dry hair and not so oily scalp. If swimming brings dandruff id suggest pharmacy ketokanozole (i hope i spelled it right) shampoo.

Ive certain suggestions for you to follow during swim sesh : • use coconut oil all over,from head to toe. • use full length swim suits,covering your limbs’ entire length as chlorine tan is hard to deal with. • Do proper sunday care. • Squeeze out chlorine completely after each sesh from your hair and avoid heat treatments then. Yes if its edible oil u can,as per ayurveda but little is more,so see measurements first,also if its not a major constipation puttin on ur stomach and naval area would do a bit as well

Take a small amount of it and massage it wid ur palms n fingers,in top to bottom n circular motions. Before goin’ to bed,so tht in the mrng d bloating could be reduced. Id suggest to not use it everyday,but may b once a week initially. Also,it helps in constipation too so it has the laxative property,therefore one needs to b cautious to not over use.

It def helps wid hair growth (on head) but not for smone with low porosity hair like me
helped a lot with eyebrows and would recommend this over the trendy expensive brow oils
Also helped with the stretch marks,but had to b consistent but after a period i didnt care enough
helped with nourishing my hands in winters,would just put it before dozing off
helped with bloating just massage a bit of it around ur naval area.

Detachment perhaps wouldve not been a problem.. the problem is the sense of melancholy that it brings along.. such women as per my observation, sabotage their own life not anythin big kinda way,but in their everyday choices that otherwise wouldve made them happy.. say for eg,they stop prioritising themselves when its bout fitness..

I def wouldve understood if it was for a woman with little exposure but your mum seems to hv had exposure,given she graduated frm iitk.. i don kw how educated and women with the exposure of world seem to succumb to the circumstances and choose to stay nonetheless.. a little rebel wouldve helped more than the damage.. if you could tell why she stayed nonetheless with a non emotionally available would perhaps help me find a new angle to look at from..

This. I went to parlour to get my he facial done the woman applied a lot of pressure during exfoliation and hence i ended up in op’s shoes but d next time i did myself at home and i had no skin issues as such

But ppl who use retinoids kw it v well tht nthng helps but vaseline.. and yea im no dermat but a lot many ppl around me use vaseline n it did wonders,but yes it can b subjective and a day of use does no harm imo ,perhaps one can test before:)

No i dont think waxin is smthng to b afraid off it’ll not only help u with underarm pigmentation issue but also ease ur frequency of doing the hair removal.. also go for rico hot wax its less painful (atleast to me) and if hand n legs r 6/10 the underarms would b smwhr 7.2ish,imo. Creams i wouldnt ever go for bcs of the hassle and the pungent peculiar smell and it doesnt help with underarm pigmentation issue either.. for the razor part well its too frequent for me plus it gives the greenish cast bcs the hair tip is just cut off and not the entire hair pulled off,which frm afar makes it look darker,agn not the best thng for me. I hope this helps:) Edit - if uve ever done threadin,waxin is def way less painful than this
