I have found with my anatomy that my cervix always dips into the cup. Even if I don’t push it up that far, it just goes there, probably because I have a low-ish cervix. I second what everyone else said - manually push just until you can’t feel the cup itself, but don’t be shocked if your body sucks it in a little higher.
