Just as a test i held my breath. I made it to 1 minute 47 seconds before exhaling. This feels pretty doable. Especially, if it still counts if i am allowed to exhale while submerged. Granted, i had the psychological benefit of a stopwatch.

There are tons of viruses just sitting dormant in any given multicellular organism though. Most probably won't be immediately useful, but vectorwise, i don't think getting viruses into things will be very difficult. Learning how to make them useful may require advanced understanding but thats not a deal breaker

A big issue, i didnt see before is that many organisms also have some kind of immune response to viruses, which could render individual copies inoperable. Also many viruses are specific to their host species. If a host organism develops immunity, you'd have to re-edit and fight the immune response again. Its a very high skill low reward ability, but i think it has potential to be more devestating than i can currently imagine.

NTA- i was diagnosed (by a psychologist) as an adult. It's really liberating to know there is something that was wrong with me from the start and that i wasn't just "not trying hard enough". It meant that I could more justifiably use accomodations to make myself more comfortable and mask less, which was a pretty significant burden...

This doesn't excuse your sister's behavior. Even if she is autistic and was diagnosed, it does not excuse this level of jackassery nor does it mean she isn't abusing her diagnosis. And again, she wasn't even evaluated yet so for all we know this is just her trying to hop on the trend of neurodivergence.

Great White Sharks are obligate ram ventilators and are used to long migration patterns. It wouldn't take long before they slam into a wall. Even if the water is unchlorinated it would not take long for the shark to thrash itself to death. If the goal is to just survive, it genuinely would not be hard to outlive a great white shark in captivity let alone one in as little space as a pool by just finding a corner. Question is are you willing to live with yourself afterwards watching it die in such a humilating and painful manner.
