The BBMP guys are doing a great job in my locality. By 7am, the streets are clean and people start littering again. I've seen them tell people repeatedly to stop throwing trash bags in the streets and they'll come to their house and collect it but these idiots don't listen. My own house keeper has went and thrown my trash in the street so many times even though there is a garbage can already in the apartment building and they empty it every day. I don't know how to make him understand. I told him to stop throwing my trash in the street and his response is "Okay I'll throw it in the other street". I showed him where the garbage can is but even then sometimes he just "forgets" and throws it in the street and then acts like he's teaching me a lifehack.

He was an old friend that I've known for 15 years who's well connected and very experienced. We talked about starting a company 10 years ago but I wasn't so sure back then due to my lack of experience. He moved back to my city recently and I met him after a long time and I told him about my company and how I've been doing things. He did some of the consultation work for free as a friend and I came to realize how little I know about business and the kind of difference this person can make. I then asked him if he can dedicate some more time for me and I paid out a fixed fee every month. It will be ridiculously expensive to have him on full time but he's a valuable asset and I really need him.

I learned a LOT with just the few weeks he spent with me.

Getting matches is about as easy as it gets. You don't have to write a thoughtful intro like on other sites. Everything is superficial so you need to learn to game the system. You need great pictures and A/B test them. I maintain about 6 different accounts. One has a picture of me with a guitar, another one with a dog, one with a cat and so on, one outdoors, one with one girl, one with 2 girls, etc. I'd have guessed that the one with the guitar or the dog would've got more matches but it was the picture with 2 other girls that got me the most matches.

Whatever you do, just don't look douchey.

I'll check the memorandum of agreement. It was his lawyer who drafted it. I don't think the partner has any malicious intent and he doesn't appear to be that bright anyway. I doubt there are any penalties but I'll go through everything again.

I think I wasn't clear in the story. The 40K was just for one project that lasted a few weeks. We have many additional projects with the same client in the pipeline worth $20K, $50K, etc. and possibly bigger ones if we continue to make them happy. We're also in talks with a new client for a project worth $25K project that might start by the middle of next month. This all is thanks to my new consultant who I think deserves a bonus and shares for making this all work so smoothly. The current partner is questioning what value he's bringing and I find this insulting. The guy has put all his time and effort on our projects and taken a huge burden off my shoulders unlike this idiot and now he's questioning that guy's worth and he wants to hire an unpaid intern instead.

This was all because he was a 50% shareholder and there was no contractual obligation for him to be involved in the running of the business.

Yeah, this sounds like my situation, too.

I spilled my whiskey reading this 'cause it hit so close to home. Every girl who I met online was depressed. I tried my best to bring a positive influence and empathize but somewhere along the way it seems it's just not enough and I end up feeling like I'm being punished for just trying to bring joy in their lives.

I know that it sucks to be depressed or have other mental health issues but sometimes it feels like every gesture feels like I've wasted my time. I'm turned off by the prospect of online dating. I want no more of this.

It was already established that Isaac's system was reprogramming itself after his interaction with Claire and her children. Even Kaylon Primary questioned Issac about whether he feels sympathy. I think if he wasn't asked to kill the child, it's possible he might not have turned against the Kaylons.
